The Back-7

“The Back-7”, named for having three 7’s in the address (16-43-7) and sharing a common property line at the back of our home in Merry Canyon, is a woodsy property with 9 acres and a year-round stream running through. A 4 bed, 2 bath, 1900 s/f, 2013 mfg home in the country, just 15 minutes from Christmas Town, Leavenworth, Washington. Full laundry room, a cozy gas fireplace in the family room, and a smart TV in the living room. This work in progress is awaiting some upgrades like a hot tub, gas barbeque, deck, and outdoor gas firepit, all to be completed by the summer of 2025. It accommodates up to 8 beating hearts. No smoking or pets out of respect for our members who may have allergies in those areas. Come enjoy the four distinct seasons and activities our “cabin” has to offer while you let the peace of the country and babbling stream settle your spirit.

Additional 2 Bedrooms Nightly Rate: 5 LDFA Silver coins per night per bedroom; max. 2 people per bedroom;  8 people max.
